First of all prepare a daugh from maida ,take a bowl put 2 cup maida on it ,then add salt according to taste ,ajwain,pinch of baking soda than make a daugh not very hard not so soft
Than put it for 5 min to rest covering it one muslin cloth
Than take potato vegitable which is already avilable at your home
Now start making bolls to that kneeded daugh and make a chapati like cirular shape
Cut between two pieces of tha chapati
Now give the shape of samosa
Fry it in a deep fry pan samosa is ready to serve
