Ingredients

  • Boiled potato vegitable(already prepared)1 cup


  • Maida 2cup


  • Salt 2 teaspoon


  • Ajwain 1 teaspoon


  • Baking soda 1 pinch


  • Refined oil 1 cup


  • Water to daugh 2 cup

Directions

  • First of all prepare a daugh from maida ,take a bowl put 2 cup maida on it ,then add salt according to taste ,ajwain,pinch of baking soda than make a daugh not very hard not so soft
  • Than put it for 5 min to rest covering it one muslin cloth
  • Than take potato vegitable which is already avilable at your home
  • Now start making bolls to that kneeded daugh and make a chapati like cirular shape
  • Cut between two pieces of tha chapati
  • Now give the shape of samosa
  • Fry it in a deep fry pan samosa is ready to serve
